as a Therapist & Coach
Since 2018 I have been giving emotional support and coaching individuals. It is my greatest joy to see my clients flourish, whether it’s overcoming depression or simply dealing with a life change.
The rich diversity of my life experiences enables me to understand profoundly my clients’ contexts and circumstances. Also, being compassionate and caring is an essential part of my approach to therapy, and life. I believe that with loving support and a willingness to do the mental & emotional work almost anything can be healed, as said the wise Louise Hay.
Whatever it is you might be going through right now it’s always good to remember that sometimes when things seems to be falling apart, they may actually be falling into place… ✨
as a Speaker
In my twenties, becoming a teacher and connecting with an audience of — slightly rebellious — teenagers was my first and toughest challenge as a speaker.
Since then I have been giving talks, webinars and trainings in companies and universities to bring awareness on mental health, well being and how to harness our own power through our thoughts and emotions. No matter where you are in your life, no matter where you are in the world — Europe, Latin America, Asia or anywhere else — you are powerful. We are all so powerful, and we have the power to change our lives and live harmoniously; that’s the core message I share with my audiences all over the world.
as a Writer
I have always been passionate about writing. I enjoy connecting with people and have always been excited to learn more about language and communication; so being able to connect through written words is the natural next step.
From writing legal pieces in my early university days to now writing articles and blogposts about subjects that are truly close to my heart, my goal is to empower and connect with readers all over the world. I know I have gotten so much out of my readings, and I am so grateful for so many writers for their words. I hope I can do the same with my writing and leave you feeling better after reading my words!
as a Teacher
I started teaching just before graduating, as part of writing my master thesis. At first I chose to work with children (from 3 to 6 years old) in an international kindergarten in Munich and I absolutely loved it! Afterwards I went on to teach English to teenagers from disadvantaged Parisian suburbs as a part of the Teach for All French program : Le choix de l’école. What I loved most about this experience was the relationships I got to create with the teenagers; that’s when I realized my passion was about people. Listening to people, being with people, and hopefully helping people.
Since then I have been teaching & training adults (although I feel we are all young at heart 😉). Teaching to a wide variety of audiences, of all ages and nationalities has enabled me to learn to adapt my message of positivity, self-care and self-discovery for all.
